Return & Refund Policy
Thank you
for shopping at Lynux Espadrille. If you are not entirely happy with your
purchase, we will gladly exchange or replace the goods or issue a refund.
Eligible items can be refunded within 30 days of delivery or collection.
Instructions on how to log a return
To start the
exchange process, you can contact us at lynuxespadrille@gmail.com. If your
exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Sale Items
We do not offer any returns or exchanges on sale items
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and
contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the
wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
To be
eligible for a return, your item must meet the criteria below:
- Items must be unused and in the
same sealable condition that you received
- Item must be in the original
packaging with labels attached
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
Refunds
● All refunds and exchanges are subject
to inspection
● You will be notified when your
returned item arrives at our warehouse.
● You will also be notified of the
status of your refund upon inspection of the returned item
● Once your return is approved, we will
initiate a refund in the form of store credit or a refund to the original
method of payment (less applicable delivery charges).
● You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST FOR
ESPADRIL ORDERS?
A standard shipping
rate of R65 is charged for all orders.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

It will usually take
between 5 – 7 working days to ship anywhere in South Africa. We deliver 90% of
our parcels on economy service so please allow a maximum of 2 working days
until you receive your parcel.
● HIGH ORDER VOLUME DURING SALES RESULT IN LONGER LEAD
TIMES ie 8-12 working days.
HOW DO YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?

We ONLY deliver
using reputable local couriers to your door. Every order is accompanied by a
tracking number once we have shipped your parcel and we will provide you with a
link to track your parcel once it’s been handed over to our couriers.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO
EXCHANGE MY ESPADRILLES?
●
In the unlikely
event that your espadrilles have a manufacturing problem please contact us
within the first 7 days of receiving your parcel and we will organise the
exchange immediately. Lynux Espadrille will cover the cost of the courier.
● If you would like to exchange your espadrilles for a different colour or size, please know that we will gladly do this for you, however the courier costs will have to be covered entirely by the customer in this case.
